聖誕新年的親友聚會吃下了不少高脂高胆固醇的東西, 難得半天偷閒在家, 吃一餐清淡一點的。
今次懶人必煮的是"蟹柳紫菜湯"。
話明是懶人必煮, 當然一點都不花功夫也不花心機。
先將1塊紫菜垂直夾於雙掌之間, 做拍手的動作, 輕輕拍走藏在紫菜內的沙粒。
煮熱開水, (一般飯碗約3-4碗水) 水滾後將紫菜撕細(約1開4)放到滾水中煮。
紫菜煮散開後, 加入切粒的蟹柳稍滾1-2分鐘, 最後灑上蔥花及芫茜, 完成。(剛好家中沒有芫茜所以沒放)
食時先在碗內放點魚露, 再將紫菜湯加進碗入, 稍為攪拌一下才吃, 鮮味十足。
低脂又飽肚的美食就這麼簡單。

Boiling hot water (usually about 3-4 rice bowls of water)
Tearing seaweed fine, put into the boiling water.
After 3 mins, when the seaweed are spreaded, cut the crab stick into small rolls,
Add the crab rolls into seaweed soup, slightly cook for 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with chopped spring onion and parsley, finished.
Put some Fish Sauce into the bowl, then add Seaweed Soup into the bowl, stir slightly before eating.
A full flavor and low fat dish is just that simple.
