Lazy Cook - Tofu Salad

今次 "懶人必煮 之 涼拌豆腐" 真係懶到出汁, 無錯懶到淨係出"汁"。
真係一次比一次懶。

食材 : 滑豆腐
清水沖洗一下, 輕輕吸乾表面水份, 放在碟內, 用刀以井字形方式切割。
加點麻油, 加點鼓油 (豉油要先加水開稀), 灑上蔥花芫茜, 完成。
喜歡的話可以用蒸魚豉油, 吃起來比較不太咸而且帶甜。
喜歡吃辣的, 也可以放一點油。

簡單、好味又健康的美食。


懶人必煮 - 涼拌豆腐

Lazy Cook is really very lazy this time. 
We have "Lazy Cook - Tofu Salad".  All you need is just "Tofu" and sauces.

Ingredients: Tofu 
Gently wash the Tofu under running water, dry the water from surface, placed it in a flattened dish, cut it in cubes shape, like my photo above.
Add a little bit sesame oil, a little bit soy sauce (soy sauce should dilute with some water), sprinkle with chopped spring onions and green coriander, then finished.
You can use "steamed fish soy sauce" if you like, it tastes more sweet and not too salty.

Just that easy to have a Simple, Tasty and Healthy food .
